We will visit two very large and important Bay Area gardens. Pack a picnic lunch. We start at the very scenic garden of water colorist Sally Robertson in Bolinas. The second garden, located in Petaluma on Sara Boonin Malone’s Circle Oak ranch, is a plant collector’s dream with many rare and gorgeous plants, particularly conifers but many others as well. Both play host to weddings and we’ll choose one to host our picnic. We’ll finish up with nurseries.
