Kathy Echols was the recipient of our 2018 Annual Award of the California Horticultural Society. Kathy has had a long and distinguished career with plants. Her presentation our annual dinner – “Does she have a Passion for propagation or is it a Passion for Plants?” – highlighted her life with plants.
